When you enter the Middle path you will eventually come to a building, you should follow the path in the middle of the shell. This will lead down a spiral stairway, at the bottom is a save point, and a little further on you will find Aeris. |

This section is the last bit of the game on Disc One. Once you are on Disc Two you need to head back the way you came, and then follow the Right Hand path again, but this time you will be able to follow a path that was blocked off before. This leads to a spiral shell stairway, which in turn leads to a tricky bit of rockclimbing, try to open all the chests if you can.
You should then end up back on the World Map, where you need to head for the Icicle Inn.
Bosses
After Sephiroth attacks Aeris you are faced with Jenova Life.
2nd Visit Objective
When you bring Bugenhagen here, take the left hand path. You should come to an area where you learn more about Aeris.
When you leave this area, Cait Sith informs you about Shinra's Plan to destroy Sephiroth. If you pay attention, you will see who Cait Sith really is.
The moment you enter the Highwind, Diamond Weapon will emerge from the Ocean, and will start to walk towards Midgar.
You have to land near Midgar, and wait by the Shore until he reaches you.
When you have defeated it, Ultimate Weapon appears on the Map, and you can now chase it about and fight it.
When it settles near Cosmo Canyon you can finally destroy it, and you will get Cloud's Ultimate Weapon.
Your next mission is to parachute into Midgar.
